Michelle H. is Hope Family Thrift Store’s Receiving Supervisor—and our go-to person for all donated items. She oversees the intake of all donations, organizes the backroom, and coordinates with the sales team to keep the store well-stocked.
Before joining the Hope Family Thrift team two years ago, Michelle worked for Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity. With her impressive experience in thrift retail, Michelle ensures that every donation that comes through Hope Family Thrift’s door is carefully sorted and checked for quality before it reaches the sales floor.
“Over here, we like the quality stuff. Our customers do, too. We’re always getting complimented on how organized we are,” says Michelle.
Michelle also appreciates the teamwork and dedication that make Hope Family Thrift a special place.
“I love the people, the mission, and what we do. We’re all connected, and we each do our very best to get the job done,” she says.
